Junmai Ginjo "Omachi" Muroka Genshu
This rare unflitered Genshu is a gem that is not a current trend in the sake times. The mouthfeel is round and the elegant and gorgeous scent spreads slightly. Fresh and voluminous like how a genshu should taste.
Taste profile changes after it is opened and "aged" a few days. Try and experiment this uncommon sake.
It was released in 2020 with a new standard. "Omachi", a rice suitable for sake brewing from Okayama prefecture, is brewed in underground water from the Nikko mountain range using Tochigi prefecture yeast TF and T-ND.
A clear and light mouthpiece with a good balance of fragrance and umami.
