The forward-urging bowl features a flared, smooth rim that tapers toward a flat-bottomed foot just beneath the elongated transition, which allows it to sit sturdily.

Smooth-flowing lines and curves are prominent in this piece, with a pencil-thin shank topped by a slender, jet-black stem.
