This classic fine writing instrument features distinct and unique details in minute Maki-e flowers on the top of the cap and the bottom of the body caressed by shimmering coppery tones of Gold powder. The clip section is sprinkled with very fine, precious Gold powder over finely adorned strokes in Gold Maki-e. The backdrop is a shaded Gold and Black hue achieved by mixing very fine precious Gold powders with natural Urushi pigments and repeatedly burnishing the surface to create a shimmering translucent quality and a silken touch. The nib section reveals a playful abandon of dazzling Gold Maki-e flower and leaves.
