As the emblematic derby of the Maison, the Arca comes straight out of a family portrait. Pure in its lines, the Arca was named after Pierre Corthay's grandfather’s sailing boat. Under the aegis of this wise man, Pierre used to spend magical evenings aboard the Arca where, with his head in the stars, he learnt to find his way around thanks to them.
Its acute curves, heightened by a bevelled tongue and a double inverted lacing, make it an example of simplicity in all its sharpness.
Subtly highlighted by a red piping, the black box of this perfectly balanced derby comes to life. This shoe - in this combination - is probably the most emblematic of the collection. The red piping turns this black shoe into an über elegant and surprising style icon.
