The nose is very floral and perfumed, with subtle notes of tropical fruit, chalky depth and a whiff of vanilla and oak spice; the palate is juicy and relaxed, but there is that steely Puligny backbone and racy acidity as well, with ripe lemon and apple fruit, and appetising bitters; very good resonance and length.
