Vacheron Constantin Ref.4072 Yellow Gold Chronograph Double-Signed "Verga"

This rare and unique Reference 4072 from Vacheron Constantin is discovered with slight difference from others of the same Reference number, namely in the crown, tachymeter scale and hour markers. This piece we have at 2ToneVintage fronts a Creme dial with a beautiful patina, tachymeter scale on the outer ring, followed by minute tracks and the hours represented by applied, gold baton and roman numerals at twelve and six. Two recessed, engine-turned subsidiary dials sit at three and nine o’clock; a thirty-minute counter for the Chronometer and seconds respectively.
