Port Charlotte 2004, 15 years old, TWC 3rd Anniversary Bottling

The Writing Club bottled 3 different whisky for their 3rd Anniversary in 2020.

Port Charlotte is a heavily peated Islay Single Malt from the distillery of Bruichladdich. The PC was first produced in 2004, making this one of the oldest Port Charlotte at the time of its bottling. The peated, oily distillate, coupled with 15 years in a heavily charred hogshead, produced unique flavors of fatty BBQ meat that lasts a long way on the palate.
