The Tohoku Region, or northern part of Japan, creates some of the most floral sakes with intense fruit aromas, and Toko represents this perfectly. Founded in 1597, they are one of the oldest breweries in Yamagata still in operation. They become a full Junmai brewery in 2019.
Sweet nectarine aromas, coupled with melon & cherry flavors with a hint of yuzu peel. Juicy and wide flavor profile, with a complex grainy & velvety texture, crisp smooth finish.
