Founded in 1806, Senkin is the oldest brewery in Tochigi. The President, Kazuki Usui's motto of "New meets Old" has led Senkin to stay ahead of the competition using modern methods while retaining traditional practices.
Elegant aromas of persimmon, winter melon, and green apple.The sake is clean, fresh and juicy. The texture is silky smooth, with a mouth of sophisticated sweetness. It has a bright acidity that really balances out the flavours of the sake.
