Founded in 1689, it is one of the oldest brewery in Akita. It was the sake of choice of the feudal lord in 1848. The winters in Akita bring deep snow and bitter cold. The crisp, pristine air is perfect for the finest sake brewing, known as kan-shiomi.
Delicate and refreshing with a citrus tail. A classic Junmai Daiginjo with a twist. It has notes of white flowers with good umami.
