It is a Junmai sake released to bars as a cocktail base. From aroma to acidity and umami, this Junmai sake's variety of flavour is its biggest charming point. Dry but mild on palate, with note of matcha jelly, kintsuba and chestnut cream. Refreshing acidity, refined umami, with a pleasant bitter-orange flavour.
