This guinomi showcases a unique blue tonal gradation which pools in the center. The use of multiple natural glazes retains the capacity for originality, culminating in this original glaze style here known as Tenmitsu (Celestial Honey). Inspired by Tenmoku bowls and the convention of "janome" or "snake's eye" at the bottom of sake cups, the unpredictable blue flushes of glaze, transformed by flame create a beautiful intrigue to enhance one's drinking experience.
