This cute little wooden bunny was carved in Ittobori style around the 1970’s. It was made as a good luck charm to celebrate the year of the rabbit, by Ogami Shrine. It is carved from natural camphor wood and is unadorned except for it’s sweet pink and red eye.
The wooden figure has been roughly carved with a chisel and is in great vintage condition. It comes in it’s own storage box. On the front, ‘Ogami Jinja’,(Ogami shrine) ‘Usagi Doshi’, (Year of the Rabbit), and ‘Omamori’, (lucky charm), have been written.
