A 'very Jura' Chardonnay, from Fabrice Dodane, the winemaker at Domaine de Saint Pierre, located outside of Arbois. This is fruit from a friend who works organically. Fermentation is with indigenous yeast, as always, and aging is in large used barrels. Aromas of orchard fruit and a slight oxidative hint.
